Appearance: As gay as always, short hair, depressed and miserable expression

Apparent Purpose: Walking into town for lunch?

Worries: He may be working (and living) a very short distance from me. Help!

I would just like to point out that Williams' sighting of Dave in Hertford has another, far more important consequence. Namely, that Williams himself still exists!
