Like many of you, I received my copy of Haileybury Society News today. However, unlike many of you I suspect, I actually read it. All was normal until I got to the OH News section.
Of course, I skipped to our year of leaving (1999 for those of you who can't remember) and had a read to find out what people were doing.
Brace yourselves everyone, this is a stunner.
I quote:
'Congratulations to Malcolm Cox (Th 94) on his engagement to Sabrina, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Sam Samuels of Shropshire.'
For those of you who haven't taken it in yet Malcolm (complete nutbar) Cox is engaged.
The world is officially fecjed.
strangely enough, i too was looking through the latest haileyburian, and literally spat out my drink when i noticed that!
do you think he's met someone even madder than he is?!
My god, you're not kidding, are you!
Do you think it was his expertise at Worms 2? Or perhaps his legendary Terminator T-shirt? Or that little box of wires he made in Technology which didn't work? Or his twitch? Or his nonsensical e-mails?
God Damn, he certainly is a catch.
Not only that... his father-in-law to be is called Sam Samuels! Genius!
I saw that as well...I didn't think it all that strange...I don't think I know what it means yet.
