Right, I reckon it would be a good idea to all meet up again. And as it was recently tart's birthday, in his honour, i think we should all head to the snow dome in Milton Keynes or Tamworth and go snowboarding for a few hours. There are somepretty good deals on and you can hire all the kit if you dont have your own.

let me know how many people are up for it. I spoke to noj breifly and hes in on it, however not til the second half of Feb.

We could meet up in Hertford on the Friday or something, then have a convoy up on the saturday morning and back to herts for evening shanonhiggins.

Sire Tartiflette and myslef along with King Mike were already contemplating a visit prior to our trip to VT, it's looking like the best date being sat 5th feb - although Mike doesn't know that yet..until now that is...

If you're intersted in prices, I called up their booking line and extracted the following info:

Evenings and weekends are peak periods. Session fees for those not wanting lessons are £22.00 for the first hour and £10.00 for every hour after that. This price includes equipment, if you have your own, they wont reduce the price.

Discount sessions over the weekend cover an evening "fresh" snowboard session from 10 pm to 1am where you pay £28.00 for the whole session, it's for intermediate to advanced boarders with kicks and jumps.

Also, on Sundays between 8pm and 11 pm you can take the whole 3 hour session for £28.00.

They recommend you book in advance for any weekend visit as they get busy and have to turn people away on the day if they have not booked in advance.

I completely neglected to ask about group bookings and discounts - Sorry.

An excellent idea all round, I could do with a small refresher so £28 for an evening sounds good, but if it's the 5th we'd better get cracking.

We could of course go more than once if the 5th is no good for most people, it's just that Tart, Rosie and I are going to VT on the 19th so we want to go before sometime.
