That's a thought, maybe instead of the war in Iraq, they could have just had an amnesty in Iraq, people may have been able to hand those WMD's in, they had in all those bunkers and whatnot.
And think of the cost saving, I mean you would just have to rent out a few village halls for a week or to, compared to mobilising a land, air and sea invasion force with state of the art weaponry and million pound bombs.... I mean even if it was a few pennies less, it all helps doesn't it!
