I have a strange thing happening when I change my avatar. When using Firefox, instead of seeing the new picture, I can see the old one stretched to the size of the new one. However, when I open Badgerfest using Explorer all is well and the new pic is visible.

I'm confused.

It's just your browser caching the old pic, but the forum resizes the placeholder. Ctrl+F5 should do a forced refresh show the new image.
