What's occuring?

No idea, but while we are talking about that time of the year, I should let you know that Tizzy is organising a birthday meal for me which will run along similar lines as previous efforts. Cocktails at Mokokos (tasty cocktail bar in St Albans) followed by food at some as yet undecided venue. This will probably be on Monday 29th December.

Consider this both a warning and an invite.

My birthday plans once again foiled by the Ploy! ;o)

I'm down in St. Ive's in Cornwall or somewhere for new years this year so won't be around for this one.

Will have to give a 'maybe' for the birthday do as had planned to go for a meal with family and girlfriend that day and then possibly do something more partyish in the New Year (as per old times) - so that's a very vague threat/warning/invite on my part.

I will probably be cowering in my little desert hideaway cave/TV studio trying to survive this economic nuclear fallout. When the world runs out of baked beans, I shall have the last laugh.

Jennie and I have booked a rental car from 23-Dec to 3-Jan. We will be in the Hertford area for at least the 24th, 25th and 28th (for Jonnyboy's).

We are open to suggestions for the remaining days.

I am now going to be in London for New Year itself at a house party near Tower Bridge. However a potential convergence on the Hawkins/Riley residence on the 2nd or 3rd sounds like a brazenly overt tactic.

I made contact with Drew yesterday. He will be in the Hertford area from the 23rd until he departs for Italy on the 27th.

He plans to fly back to Bournemouth on the 4th of Jan at midday.

I'm back in contact with the world again. I'm working every day that isn't a bank holiday because of a slight lack of vacation days. I don't work very hard though, so will be available from about 4 most days and all weekend.

I have a spare room with a double in and lots of floor space if people spill out of Ween/Em's. Pete and Jennie have bagged the bed for at least tuesday if not all week though.

If people fancy some bonkers sack based (little big planet) action I'll bring the ps3 along to Ween's.

I am going to make it down to Southampton on Friday afternoon/evening and then return Sunday morning as have stuff to do on Sunday back in Londres.
