You're almost there. What we do is this:

Someone who doesn't mind not being missing requests details for King and Noj. We then write again saying that we couldn't get in touch from the details provided, which means that those details are incorrect and suggest that they should be added to the missing persons list.

Winner.

You're underestimating the devious nature of the almighty Hailsoc: They'd then contact my parents asking for updated info. And they'd grass me up even if I told them not to. As they did when I moved here.
