Just come back from a Stag due (uni mate) which included a surfing lesson on Boscombe beach. The waves were approximately 2 3/4 inches high but it was still brilliant fun. Never been before but def would love to try it again!
Are you guys planning any kind of surfing outting for this summer? I suppose those of you in the deep south probably don't plan it and just go when the waves and weather are good but would be good to set a date and get whoever is interested down all together one weekend. Surfing in the day and xfest:LIVE in the evenings...
come on down. we haven't been for AGES and are way overdue for a visit to the beach and the waves. It gets VERY busy in holiday periods - to the point that its not worth it unless you go very early morning to be honest. So pick a weekend out of season and stay at the walker bradninch surf hut! there's room a plenty for keen surfies...or we could all just go camping and make it a long weekend...say september time (warmer sea, less holiday makers, cheaper). other than that, come down whenever, if we're not in, you can still use our house...so long as you feed the cat!
