Is 2 miles wide enough?
King
2 miles will be sufficient. You can fit quite a few tailless, fly-eating cats in a sphere that size...

"Graphene was discovered in 2004 after scientists used sticky tape to isolate a single, atom-thick layer of graphite - the same material used in pencils.

1. Stick tape - still amazing

2. They had to explain what graphite was again. Sigh.

and from a different article this amazing quote

QUOTE

Smiling, he added: "It made a lot of effects on today's routine, I planned to go to work and work hard and write a couple of papers and produce something good. But instead I have been doing interviews. So it has been detrimental to today's science."

Could so easily imagine Pete saying that too...
Jennie
More money for graphene....

TheWoz
Correct me if I'm wrong but £50m will get you a bit of graphene about the size of a business card!

Bargain...
