So I couldn't find any mention of this - can someone tell me what the deal is with spare rooms, who's visiting when etc and room cost per night?

I can't commit to the whole week but def would love to come down for a night or three, probably mid-week sometime as a kind of working holiday. Probably from 8th Sep - 11th. would that work?
