Ok peeps we are throwing a Fest gathering date out there for your diaries and let us see how many people can make it.

Saturday 4th June 2016

We'll hold it at ours: 30 Baldock Road, Letchworth GC, Herts, SG6 3JP

I'll be the first to admit, the parking is not great. So you'll have to use your imagination and park round the corner or in the next county and walk from there.

If we are in the garden (hopefully) then you can go round the side entrance of our neighbours (No. 32) straight into the garden which would probably be easiest and wisest rather than traipsing through the house with babies/food/drink/buggies/shannonhiggins. We are on friendly terms with our neighbours so they might even stand out there with a sign/balloon/refreshments if you're lucky.

Come and do the following:

Say hello to Isaac (who will be 6 months old then)

Say hello to Leo (if you have not met him yet, or not seen him for a while)

See the house (if you haven't seen it yet) - or at least the garden/kitchen. The house is not very big whereas the garden/kitchen are.

Give everyone a slap

Listen to some old school 90s music (probably)

Eat, drink and be merry - hopefully some kind of BBQ type effort which I will instantly delegate to someone else (Dannyboy/Jonnyboy?).

I may even be able to set up the SNES for some old skool Mario Kart (yes this is actually true!).

Maybe bring some drinks and we'll sort the food?? Unless you fancy bringing speciality sausages/cheese/flan

The plan is still to all be in the garden if weather permits and eat, drink and be merry.

Other alternative is that there is a park down the road with fountains for kids to play in so that could be a ploy with loads of space for picnics etc and a cafe/playground.

Yep - I've arranged for Anne-maria to go ahead to 'represent' at the wedding whilst I skive off the formalities with you lot for a few hours. Will hope to get to you promptly for 12. I'll then head off to join the wedding for the evening section around 3pm or so.
