Sounds like a guaranteed winner to me.
Do it.
Yes I agree, I have full faith in professor whatsit.
I especially love this part

I'd love to know who went for the 'engage' option.
Excellent.

Imagine if they did! You could squander all the riches and still have a solid gold plate to flog. Genius.

I thought I'd do a King-esque double-posting to really emphasise my point of how great Adam and Joe are.
Listening to one today - they were talking about a kids version of the Da Vinci Code... thats right! DICK AND DOM IN DA VINCI CODE.
Class.
iTunes or the Xfm website obviously. Go on! What are you waiting for?

I concur. Adam and Joe make me laugh uncontrollably. You too can have that experience just by downloading their pod-cast/download/whatever thingy.
And by the way, whoever made it so that the word pod-cast (without the hyphen) changes automatically to 'download' better watch their back, because I could strike at any time and in any place.
Also, has anyone else noted that Scott Adams appears to have hit a rich vein of form on the Dilbert front recently?

Genius. I wish I'd thought of that.
Hey that's fun.
download download download download...oh...download is still download then but download has been changed to download...I could get very confused.
When I think, my thoughts are as I would speak, monologue sort of thing.
Does this mean that people deaf from birth would have thoughts in the form of sign language?
I know this is a bit of 'in the pub' type question, but genuinely baffles me.
It's an interesting question, and one that was raised by the mighty Karl Pilkington of Ricky Gervais 'download' fame. Of course when I say download I mean download.
He was arguing in one of said podcasts that when he thinks things, it is as he would speak. Needless to say Ricky and Stephen mocked him right in his face.
Loren: you could be the Karl Pilkington of Badgerfest!

Technical query then.
i've just been to Libya for work and it was excellent!
Anyway I'm back in londres and heard that Dreamworks are seriously considering doing a Transformers movie, which would be excellent wouldn't it?
I loved the transformers when a young lad and have always wanted someone to do a proper film to do the idea justice, and not the feature length animations, but a CGI-festooned extravaganza!
Not seriously considering Loz; it's in pre-production. There's even a list of the featured Robots:
Autobots:
Optimus Prime
Bumblebee
Jazz
Ratchet
Ironhide
Decepticons:
Megatron
Starscream
Brawl
Bonecrusher
Barricade
Scorponok
Frenzy
Blackout
...and a website, and a teaser trailer. It's all go.
IMDBSo Libya wasn't battle-scarred and bullet ridden then? There go some more pre-conceptions...

Transformers is being directed by Michael Bay - so don't expect anything subtle.
I watched the feature length Transformers animation again a few weeks back - genius. Orson Welles and Leonard Nimoy in the cast, they just don't make kids programs like it anymore.

Unbelievable stuff...Gaurav's just informed me that this guy's in a Fatboy Slim video.
And yes I heard about the Transformers movie - cant say Im excited about anything Tyrese does. He should have stuck to modelling where he isn't expected to say anything.
The Mentos Experiment - if you havent already seen it! Genius.
Yeah; his name's Chris Bliss apparently. If you search for Chris Bliss Diss there's a guy doing the same routine with five balls, but he seems like a prick; needing to out do someone; why not make up your own routine?
Mentos were also great.

For those of you who didn't know about it, it was decided almost a couple of years ago that Spider Man would be adapted for Indian comic readers (the first ever such cultural adaptation for a comic book hero) by making all sorts of Indian mythical changes to the character, characters, story, names and the location to Mumbai etc.
Spider Man goes IndianAnd then I got sent this on the furore of Spider Man going Indian.

This week's Adam & Joe download is the fecjing nads (No. 18)
They firstly suggest about 300 sequels to 'Snakes on a Plane'. These include 'Potatoes on a Table' and 'Hands on a Clock', to which Adam adds some excellent impersonations of Samuel L Jackson.
They also rip apart Robbie Williams' awful, awful new tune 'Rudebox' by putting some alternative lyrics in.
Speaking of which, did no-one mention to Robbie after Rock DJ that he can't actually rap (he spies the cook book). It sounds terrible. Why why lord why! He just sounds like a really camp, rubbish version of The Streets.
Is it just me?
Also (sorry nearly done ranting) I can't stand that song about wishing you were a punk rocker with flowers in your hair. It annoys the living fecj out of me.
Comments.

Yes! I agree completely. What's all that crap about living back in the time when the world still cared? She has a pretty rose-tinted view of the past. And how many punk rockers had flowers in their hair? She's a fool and should be punished.

Yes its a shit song, but who listens to the lyrics in pop anymore or takes them seriously? I just watch the videos. Excellent case in point - PCD. Ohhhhh matron.
And yes Rudebox is twoddle but ain't it tongue-in-butt-cheek?

This is one for Sammyboy probably as I'm not sure any of the rest of you appreciate the genius that is Terry Wogan on Radio 2 of a morning. I have just purchased the Janet and John CD (proceeds go to Children In Need). I can't wait for it to be delivered.
just a quick note, about sandi thom (with flowers in her hair) that song was produced by em's producer... but he was screwed over by someone else.
i dont see what all the fuss is about... since when did punk rockers have flowers in their hair?

I hate this song. All the year 10 scroats sing it to me 'slighly' as they pass in the corridor or during a lesson changeover because i wear flower hairclips. It's so petty yet I want to boil their heads. It's part of their campaign to 'get Miss Agnew out'. So far I'm winning though.
